Why don't I see the First Number - Cheap Calls toolbar on my browser?
If you have installed the First Number - Cheap Calls toolbar and do not see the icon, or you installed a new version of Internet Explorer and the First Number - Cheap Calls toolbar is no longer displayed, go to View > Toolbars and click on the First Number - Cheap Calls option. If you don't see the First Number - Cheap Calls toolbar listed, follow the instructions below.

How can I move the First Number - Cheap Calls toolbar to a different location?
Note: If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0, you must unlock the toolbars before you can move them. Right click on the toolbar and deselect the Lock the Toolbars option.

You can change the location of the First Number - Cheap Calls toolbar on your browser by clicking and dragging the vertical separator bar to the left of the First Number - Cheap Calls icon by placing the First Number - Cheap Calls toolbar in the desired location. This functionality enables you to place two (or more) toolbars on the same line if you want to conserve space in your browser.

Please note that, as with all of Internet Explorer's toolbars, you can only move the First Number - Cheap Calls toolbar to locations on the top of your browser window. Toolbars can not be placed on the side or bottom of the browser window.

Why doesn't the First Number - Cheap Calls icon appear on my browser?
In Internet Explorer, go to View > Toolbars and check that the First Number - Cheap Calls option is selected. If not, select it.

I'm trying to uninstall the First Number - Cheap Calls toolbar but keep getting an error message. What should I do?

At this time the First Number - Cheap Calls toolbar does not work with MSN Explorer.

How do I uninstall the First Number - Cheap Calls toolbar?
To uninstall the First Number - Cheap Calls toolbar from your Firefox browser do as follows:

* Open Firefox and click on the "Tools" menu.
* Select "Extensions".
* Find First Number - Cheap Calls in the list of installed extensions and click on it.
* Click on the "Uninstall" button.
